Installation Preparation

• Pre-requisites for installation

• Hardware requirements

• TCM access version 8.9 must be uninstalled before installing TCM 9.0

Installation

• Turn off anti-virus programs• Log in as Administrator• Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express will

install automatically if the installation does not detect any version of SQL Server 2005.

• Installation will install a SQL database on your “Server”

• Then TCM will load forms, reports and help.

Custom Reports

• Updating Crystal Reports

• Updating Access Reports

• Updating Excel Queries

Utilities

– Most of the utility functions will now be handled by SQL Server 2005.
