HOW IT WORKS (1/3)

PRE-EVENT

Companies/Recruiters announce (in advance) positions for which they will be interviewing at the event.

Pre-selected attendees (graduates and alumni of the partner schools) may apply in advance, via event’s website/app.

Recruiters select candidates they would like to interview and invite candidate for a timeslot in the programme.

Candidates may agree with or reject invitation; or suggest a different time. All is done via the event’s website/app.

HOW IT WORKS (2/3)

AT THE EVENT

Each Recruiter/Company will have:

1 greeting desk

1 or 2 interview tables (1 table = 15 interview timeslots)

There will be fifteen (15) 20-minute slots for interviews (done at the interview tables)

(at least) the first 11 interviews will be booked in advance, online, with students/alumni of the partner universities.

At the event, the person at the company’s greeting desk will collect CVs, conduct speedy-interviews (~ 5 min.) and screen candidates to be interviewed at the end of afternoon (the last 4 timeslots).

Note: At the event, both, students from partner universities, as well as general attendees, may apply to be interviewed in the final timeslots.

Recruiters and candidates shall follow up directly

No commission will be owed in case a hire is concluded at, or as

consequence of, the event.
