Instructions for “Financial Aid Refund via Prepaid Debit Card (Opt In/Opt Out Requirement).

1. Log into your Tigerweb Account. 2. “Click Here to Enter” Tigerweb Self Service in the upper left hand corner of your Tigerweb homepage. 3. Click “Student”, “Student Account”, “Financial Aid Refund via Prepaid Debit Card (Opt In/Opt Out

Requirement). 4. Select the 2014 Fall Term or 2014 TTC Fall Term from the drop down menu and click “Submit”. 5. Read the information on the Refund Method Authorization form. Make your selection. All financial

aid students must make this required selection each academic year per the Department of Education. 6. Receive your Refund Method Confirmation.

If you have questions regarding the Chattanooga State Prepaid Debit Card Opt In / Opt Out requirement, please contact the Bursar’s Office at 423-697-4732.

Log into Tigerweb and “Click Here to Enter” Tigerweb Self Service.

Click Student.

Click Student Account.

Click Financial Aid Refund via Prepaid Debit Card (Opt-In/Opt-Out requirement).

Select the Fall Credit Term 2014 or Fall TTC Term 2014.

Read the information and make selection. Click Continue.
