E-learning

Competency-based training (CBT) is an approach to training that places emphasis on what a person can do in the workplace as a result of completing a program of training

Web-based training (sometimes called e-learning) is anywhere, any-time instruction delivered over the Internet .There are two primary models of Web-based instruction: synchronous (instructor-facilitated) and asynchronous (self-directed, self-paced).

Combination of both.
