• ConnecttheAutotunemoduletothePCVusingthesuppliedCANcable.Itdoesnotmatterwhatportthecableisconnectedto.
• InstalltheCANterminationplugintotheopenportoftheAutotunemodule.This is the small BLACK plastic connector in the kit.
• ConnecttheO2sensorcabletotheO2sensorandroutethecabletotheAutotunemoduleensuringthecablewillnotgetpinchedordamagedbytheexhaust.Thecablecanbetrimmedshorterifdesired.
• ConnecttheO2sensorcabletotheAutoModule.
• ConnecttheBLACKwirefromtheAT200toagoodchassisgroundusingeitheroneofthesuppliedPosi-tapsorringlug.Thenegativesideofthebatteryisagoodlocation.
• ConnecttheREDwireoftheAT200toaswitched12vsourceusingthesuppliedposi-tap.Thepowerforthetaillightisagoodlocation.MostPCVinstallguideswilltellyouthewirecolorforthislocation.
• Blockordisablethecleanairinjectionsystemifapplicable(seetechtips).
• TheAutotunekitwhenusedinconjunctionwiththePCVallowsthebiketobeautomaticallytunedtoatargetair/fuelratio.TousethisfeatureyoumustfirstenableAutoTuneinthePCV.

The Auto tune kit is a universal product that can be utilized on any model using the PCV and which has a 12v power source.
• ManystockandaftermarketexhaustscomeequippedwithanO2sensor.IfyoursystemusesaM18x1.5mmthreadthenyoucansimplyusethislocationfortheAutotunesensor.Ifyouhavetodrillaholeforanewbung(mildsteelbungincluded),werecommenddoingsobeforethecatalyticconverter(ifapplicable).Positioningtheweldbunginalocationwheremultiplecylinderscollectisthepreferredlocation.Ifyourapplicationhasa“2-into-2”design,it’srecommendedtopositiontheweldbung/sensorapproximately6”fromtheexhaustportontherespectivecylinderyouwishtotune.
• Mounttheweldbossinamannerthatreducestheriskofmoisturecontaminationonthesensor.Condensationcanbuildupintheexhaustpipesandpotentiallydamagethesensor.Ideally,youshouldorienttheweldbosssothesensorisbetweenthe9o’clockand3o’clockposition.A10°inclinationoffthehorizontalplaneshouldbeconsideredaminimum.
Note: Verify you have adequate clearance for the sensor and wiring harness. Make sure the O2 sensor harness is as straight as possible. If you must secure the harness to keep away from danger make sure you do not squeeze the sheathing of the harness.

• ItisrecommendedtoloadabasemapintothePCVthatbestcorrespondstoyourbikescurrentconfiguration.ThiswilldecreasethetimeinwhichittakesfortheAutotunemoduletoachieveitstargetair/fuel.
• AswitchcanbewiredintothePCVtobeusedtotogglebetweenyourbasemapandlearningmode.AnySPST(open/close)typeswitchcanbeused.WhentheswitchisOPENthePCVwillberunningonthebasemap.WhentheswitchisCLOSEDthePCVwillgointolearnmodeandAutotunewillstartmakingfueltrimadjustments.
Youcantogglebetweenthesemodesatanytime.Thevalueslearnedforthefueltrimswillbesavedifyoutogglebacktothebasemap.
• AfteraridingsessionyoucanviewtheTrimtablebyclickingontherespectivetableinthetreeviewandclickingGETTABLE.ToacceptthesetrimsandtransferthemintotheFuelmapclickonAutoTune-accepttrims.Thiswillzerooutthetrimtable(s)andaddthetrimvaluestothebasemap(s).
ThePCVisconfiguredtoonlyallowthesoftwaretotrim+/-20%untilyoumanuallyacceptthetrims.YoucanaltertheselimitsintheAutoTuneconfiguration.ThemorethePCVlearnstheloweryoucanmakethisvalue.Byloweringthisvalueitwillworkasasafetynetsoifsomethingshouldgowrongintheunitorbikeitwillnotcausethebiketorunpoorly.
TECH TIPS
• Ifyoushouldseeabnormallyhighvaluesinthetrimtablesthencheckthefollowing:
• Intakeleaks• Exhaustleaks-checkatallexhaustjunctions• Sensorcondition-(seesensortest)• Makesurethecleanairsystemisblocked(ifapplicable).AlsocalledthePAIR valve,thecleanairsystemdrawsfreshairoutoftheairboxanddumpsintointo theexhaustporttohelpigniteanyunburntfuelintheexhaust.Thisextraairwill skewtheAFRreadingsoftheAutotunemodule.
• Dynojetdoesnotrecommendinputtingvaluesinthe0%columnoftheTargetAFRtables.Ifyoushoudneedtotunethe0%columntocombatpoppingondecelerationinputvaluesdirectlyintheFueltables.
• IffuelmileageisaconcernthenyoucanaltertheTargetAFRvaluesinthecruiserange.Dynojetconsidersthecruiserangetobearound5-20%throttle.Dynojetdoesnotrecommendmakingthebikeanyleanerthan14.7intheTargetAFRcells.
• Dynojethasfoundthatforthebestcompromiseoffuelmileageandthrottle responsetosetthecruiserangeto13.7-14.0.• Forallotherranges12.8-13.4seemstoworkbest.Forthebestresultsitis recommendedtobringthebiketoanAuthorizedTuningCentertohavethem verifytheAFRvalues.
• Makesurethesensorisnotdroppedorsubjectedtowetconditions.TheO2sensorsusedinthiskitareaBoschunitanddonotcomewithanywarranty.
• ToverifythatAutotuneisworkingyoushouldseearealtimeAFRreadinginthelowerrighthandcornerofthesoftware.Avalueof9.99couldindicateafaultysensororthesensorwiredincorrectlytothemodule.Avalueof0.00couldindicatethattheCANterminationplugshavenotbeeninstalledorAutotunehasnotbeenenabledinthesoftware.
O2 SENSOR TEST• TheAutotunekithasabuiltincircuitwhichallowsyoutotestthesensoraccuracyandcondition.
• Removethesensorfromtheexhaustsystemandholdinambientair.
• VerifytheAutotunekithasbeenpoweredupforatleast1minute.
• Pressandholdthefunctionbuttononthefrontofthecorresponding
Autotunekitfor3secondsandreleasethebutton.
• TheLEDlightwillblinkrapidly,pauseforamoment,andthenbegintoflash.
• Countthenumberofflashesandrefertothechart.
• Retestthesensorifthereisanyquestionastothepurityoftheairduringthetest.
