Hence:

• They immerse in a different culture through the common language (English); and

• They discover different ways of expressing themselves; and

• enjoy the experience and learn from it.

Hence that person:

•immerses in a different culture through the common language (English); •discovers different ways of expressing thoughts and feelings; and

•enjoys that experience and learns from it.

• desire by others to practise and show off their foreign language skills by speaking English;

• reluctance to create unusual sounds by shaping lips and positioning tongue; and

• reluctance to lose control and command.

Therefore, the reason fornot learning and using a different

language for a native English speaking person is:

To fully immerse in a different culture, one needs to converse the language of that culture.
