Able to reach across different units to offer ideas and support for any area. For example, you could be a faculty member in the College of Nursing and have an idea that could benefit UA’s Business & Finance unit an idea that could benefit UA s Business & Finance unit. Someone in athletics may choose to support an idea in an academic area to help foster greater learning among students.

Highly valued ideas will be harvested by those in the University community who are willing to champion a new approach, be they staff, students, faculty, or administrators.
