DF Series

With its compact size and flexible installation, the DF Series is Escea’s most versatile range of gas fireplaces. The DF700, with its smaller dimensions, is perfect for retrofitting into existing cavities. Both the DF700 and DF960 also work well in new builds, thanks to their contemporary style and Powered Direct Vent flue technology, which allows you to put the fireplace anyplace.

A design feature of the DF Series is the raised fuelbed which accentuates the flame pattern. The minimalist frame highlights the big flames even further.

Powered Direct VentOur Powered Direct Vent flue technology achieves greater efficiencies and allows flues up to 12m in length which can be run horizontally or vertically. Flues can finish either on a roof or outside wall and can even be run under a floor. It uses outside air for combustion rather than room air and is a completely sealed system unaffected by other appliances such as extractor fans. With no fumes coming in and no hot room air going out, you can keep warmer and healthier.

This innovation also gives you the flexibility to put the fireplaces wherever you like, without the need for cavities or even walls to install. Another benefit of Power Flue is joinery-friendly Zero Clearance installation. The key is the fan-forced airflow, which allows you to install the flues in any direction, making even the most complex flue run possible.
