WHAT IS IDT?WHAT IS IDT?The IDT (Independent Development Trust) - at core: mplementing agent - project manage infrastructure portfolios, programmes and projects on behalf of Government from Pre-Inception to Close-Out phase.Core functions relate to:

Provide programme implementation services - broad range of Government Institutions at National, Provincial and Local Municipal) Level – Agreement i.e. SLA, MOU
