Introduction to BdREN
UGC has been implementing HEQEP
It has 3 major components:
(i) Academic Innovation Fund
(ii) Building Institutional Capacity
(iii) Raising Connectivity Capacity
BdREN is one of the major components of HEQEP
It will establish high capacity connectivity to all public and private universities
Research Institutions will also be connected

IRU (Indefeasible Right of Use) contract with PGCB (Power Grid Company of Bangladesh)
