Sybrin's Imaging & Workflow solution forms part of
our IDMS, or Integrated Document Management
Suite. It is a focussed and purpose-designed solution
that is explicitly developed to capture documentation
in digital format, manage pre-existing digital
documents, aggregate and index it into a unified
database and present it to users in a single interface,
or VIEW. Once all information is unified in our
database, unique and intuitive workflows can be
created around information, guiding users from one
document to the next in a simple step-by-step
fashion.

Our Solution is unique in that it empowers your

all business-critical information can be located and
routed using a single query, and displayed in a

permanently stores critical business information in

Linking your Information to Customers
Sybrin is able to link multiple documents to a single
case, therefore by looking at a particular customer's
identification number you can immediately pull up all
application forms relating to that specific person.
When a customer submits an application form, a
customer will no longer be required to submit
common documents such as an ID document, proof of
residence, bank statements and the like, as these
documents can be viewed within Sybrin and be
attached to a case. Forms are not restricted to
scanned images, but can also be different data
sources (i.e. Host banking system, another system
repository, and different database). Sybrin can
dynamically accommodate any business workflow as
well as integrate with other business systems.
One VIEW to ALL
Sybrin's solution is also a full Workflow Automation Solution, increasing productivity and operational efficiency by
routing the right information to the right user at the right time and streamlining business processes. Based on
graphically defined sequences, configurable user profiles and flexible work sequencing rules, this module
automatically determines when, what type, and how much work each participant will process.
Employees are automatically presented with the next work item, or they can be authorized to select from an in-
basket of available work. Workload balancing can be designed into the system to ensure optimal use of resources.
The power of the Workflow module lies in that it is delivered part and parcel of the Imaging module, tightly
integrated into a unified package. As soon as information is captured and/or retrieved into the view for the user, a
workflow can be initiated or continued, thereby automatically moving critical information through established
business processes. From the perspective of your users, there is no tangible difference from working with imaging
to running through the steps of a workflow – it's just that seamless.
