Media Consulting - Jewellery brand
ICRB drafted a media strategy for a leading jewellery brand. Social, psychological and physical aspects were researched. Based on in-depth study of different mass media tools, a detailed report was drafted elaborating upon different mediums, Return on investment and their effectiveness.

The client wanted a sound media strategy to reach out to the target market for its Polka and diamond jewellery. Client wanted to identify the characteristics of the target audience, who should receive messages and define the media that will be used, with the intent of influencing the behaviour of the target audience.
An exploratory research was conducted to study elucidating patterns of media usage and effects, and it placed significant weight on Qualitative research to measure the media related phenomena.
The questionnaires captured the nature of the different mediums, how they work, kind of technology involved, similarities & differences to any other media. The functions and/or services the medium provides along with its cost, access, the effectiveness. Alternatively, a communication message was drafted once the most appropriate medium was selected.
New innovative mediums with high ROI were suggested. The communication messages focussed strongly on Design among other key factors that influence purchase. New Schemes and offers to attract and retain customers was launched.

OBJECTIVES RESERCH & ANALYSIS
The project intended to critically examine and assess people’s perceptions, opinions, behaviour and awareness towards the environment. Six focus areas selected have been selected i.e. Water, Air, Waste and waste management, Cleanliness of surroundings and health related problems, Climate change, Forests
The population in 6 cities was segregated into distinct, independent strata based on property tax circle. The total Number of colonies/residential blocks in each strata was determined and given a unique code. Two colonies/residential blocks were chosen randomly from each stratum to conduct interview.
A detailed analysis was done once the research was over. The changes in the air quality, water management, Health related benefits received by population and their perception towards sanitation were analysed. The impact of recent government NGO and CSR initiatives were also measured.
People perception towards different entities i.e. government policies, Ngo initiative, CSR activities, academic institutes was measured and recommendations on effectiveness was provided for each focus area.

The recommendations made have been forwarded to the government agencies and different entities in order to channelize efforts to develop specific focus area and to optimise the policies and increase public awareness towards them

The ICRB tea is located at three different plantation sites. In Gabon The team is currently working on establishing effective systems to measure and monitor the system. The team will understand Service Quality Gap, Service Design Gap, Service Delivery Gap, Communication Gap and make recommendations
The deliverables will include Defining the change management strategy, Developing sponsorship plan, Develop change management plan & Training, Reinforce Change -Collect and analyse feedback, Diagnose gaps ,manage resistance, Mid Course corrections, Implement corrective actions

The project is in its second phase wherein the entire monitoring system is being implemented. New systems are being implemented for clients multi billion dollar line of business. In later stages, based on the observations and analysis steps to optimise operation would be taken up.
