Next to that is a stage and seating area that reduces the noise from Michigan Ave. and Wabash St. Small retail ststructures run through the middle of the site. In the Back of the site there is a recessed canopied space for a market or additional gathering

Mix-use Building

A mix-use buildng with a retail space on the 5th Ave. level, ten one-bedroom and

twenty two-bedroom apartments. The main floor

on Colwell St. has a community space, two

ooffices and a small fitness centre. The challenge was

fitting the required program into the narrow landform site as well as

allallowing natural light and pleasent views into every

room.
