Design The site features a

recessed park/recessed park/gathering area. Next to that is a stage and seating area that reduces the noise from Michigan Ave. and Wabash St. Small retail ststructures run through the middle of the site. In the Back of the site there is a recessed canopied space for a market or additional gathering

The building is a three story mix-use

building with a Credit Union Bank on the main Floor

and two apartments. When designing the building, the tebuilding, the term ‘thrilling’ was to be kept in mind as the defining theme.

Informatorium: Memory MazeProcess Composed images in relation to an assigned reading, “Funes, The Memorious” by Jorges Luis Borges, and the Midtown site. The character Funes is crippled in an accident and as a result dedevelops a perfect memory. A visual interpretation of how the character Funes sees the site.

Redevelopment strategies strategies for the reuse of the vacant heritage building, Fire Hall No. 6 in Old Sandwich Town, Windsor, Ontario. The fire hall has been redesigned as been redesigned as a café/bakery and student workspace to attract people to the area.

Mix-use Building

A mix-use buildng with a retail space on the 5th Ave. level, ten one-bedroom and

twenty two-bedroom apartments. The main floor

on Colwell St. has a community space, two

ooffices and a small fitness centre. The challenge was

fitting the required program into the narrow landform site as well as

allallowing natural light and pleasent views into every

room.
