Adopted

“In love God predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will.” Eph 1:5

Adopt:

to take by choice into a relationship especially to take voluntarily (a child of other parents) as one's own child.

1. Adoption is the Result of a.....

A. Father’s Love!

“For He chose us in Him before the creation of the World...” Eph 1:4

A. Secure of Salvation

“In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.” Eph 1:8

• The day you are adopted into the Family of God is the wonderful day of your salvation, redemption and forgiveness.

• An adoptive parent wants their child to know the past is gone.

• New life – literally, we have been

saved!
