McKenney’s completed HVAC and plumbing renovations for a foodservice industry leader to make its new global headquarters a showpiece of Atlanta area office space.

The ChallengeThe company wanted its 50,000-square-foot, Class A office space to be a showstopper—with high-end finishes, a customer experiencecenter and an enormous test kitchen. All of which had to be completed on a tight schedule and budget.

The SolutionMcKenney’s used a value engineering process to provide creative and unique solutions. Existing ductwork and HVAC systems were modified to include supplemental air controls and were upgraded. Exhausthoods and a make-up air fan including ductwork, electric reheat and exterior louver were integrated into the impressive kitchen.High-end plumbing fixtures, water heaters and piping were installed in the break room, restroom and customer experience area.
