Access though your public Library

Need your own library card #

Search on US Businesses or

New Businesses

Main search – US Businesses

Quick Search

Custom Search

Highlight search items

How to save a detailed search

Save to Excel format or

Save to comma delimited format(Best for importing to OUTLOOK)

Save the file to your PC

Name the file

Output in Excel format

Output in comma separated(preferred for OUTLOOK)

In Outlook- click on File Import

Importing the file into Outlook

Find your file & point to “contacts”

Import the file and map the fields

Drag & drop left to right

Be sure to check Import,then click to Finish

Open outlook and search on name

View contacts and add email address and notes about contact

• Can I print out the company information with out saving it first?? YES, but it is restricted to 25 prints per session.
