How to (quickly) create a CMA in Matrix™

One of the items on the “things to do” list when starting to use the Matrix™ platform is to replicate any CMA reports that you want to save. (Tempo/Fusion CMA reports will not automatically be replicated in Matrix)

There are two ways to quickly create a CMA in Matrix™. You can start by creating the report first: hover on My Matrix, click on My CMAs

Click on “start a new CMA”

Or you can start from the search results display, after choosing your comparable properties: conduct the search and select the properties you wish to use in the CMA report

Click on the “CMA” choice from the button bar.

Both options open the CMA Wizard at “Start”.

Select an existing contact or create a new one. Enter a description. Go to the next step by following the buttons along the top. (pages)

Select the pages you want to include in the report and the display order. (subject)

Enter subject property information manually or auto-fill it from listing or tax data. (cover)

Add the subject property photo and client information. (comparables)

Review and add/remove comparables here. (map)

Page 5 of 6

View the comparables and the subject property on a map that includes an itemized list. (adjustments)

Make adjustments as needed. View report displaying pricing information.

Finish. You can view, email, or save the CMA report on this final step. When emailed, the report will be added to your contact’s Client Portal.
