How To Make A Sushi Roll

Things that you need before started

• Sushi rice. • Dried seaweed• Rice vinegar• Sugar• Sesame seed. (For the roll that is rice outside)• Some fish, such as Salmon, Tuna, Yellowtail, or something you like.• Some vegetable, such as lettuce, carrot, or something you like.• A rolling mat. (If you have one)

(You don’t have to prepare things that has in front of it.)

Step1. Get the sushi rice ready.Cook your rice in the rice cooker. Put some rice vinegar and sugar inside, and then mix it together. (The amount of the rice vinegar and sugar depends on how much rice you are making with. You can try some of rice after you add the ingredient.

Step 2. Put your sushi rice in the bamboo mat with shiny side down Start from the top to the bottom!

Step.3 Put all the material inside

Make sure you put everything straightly. It has to be full fill the space in themiddle. The materials I showed in the slides was fresh salmon, mango, and

cream cheese.

Step.4 Roll roll roll!

Step.5 use a rolling mat (if you have one) to make it looks neat.

Step.6 Cut it

Finish!!!
