Installation Process

First of all, consult the manual book to

determine the right

process of installation

Make Base Plate Inspection

Check the Pump Impeller, it can be turned by hand

If it cannot be turned, open the pump casing to look for obstructions

Turn the shaft clockwise by using a deep socket wrench on the Impeller nut

Open all the body parts of centrifugal pumps and clean them properly

Clean out any corrosion build up on the impeller

If necessary, coat the underside of the base plate to prevent the rust
