some of my previous projects
Every author and expert I work with is different and my aim is always for our collaboration to include working in the way that is best for you. Some authors love to talk me through their books, others really enjoy the writing process but don’t have the time to spend on getting the structure and flow completely right. I love that I have the opportunity to learn from so many fascinating people with really interesting and inspiring things to say. If I can help in that process, I’m happy.
5 QUICK WRITING TIPS
Write how you speak
Practice: Your blog, guest blogging, industry articles
Test your title ideas out on people and prepared for any feedback!
When you have a book idea, practice summing up the promise to the reader in one line; quality rather than quantity is the first priority with writing to inspire
Even when you are writing in a non-fiction subject area, always ‘set the scene’ for your reader; whether that’s some of your own personal story, an anecdote or a series of questions that engages their imagination
