Mostoftheinformationcanbesetinthemain“AddNewE-mailAccount”dialogbutforeitheraccountyou’llalsoneedtomodifymoreadvancedsettingsbypressingthe“MoreSettings…”button.

WhenusingOutlook2003,Outlook2007orOutlook2010,Outlook.com(Hotmail)offersaccessviaspecialOutlookHotmailConnectorsoftware,whichprovidesatwo-waysyncformail,calendarandcontacts.

WhenyouseOutlook2013,youcanconnecttoyourOutlook.com(Hotmail)accountviaExchangeActiveSync(EAS)tosyncyourmail,calendar,contactsandtasks.

Inadditiontotheabove,Outlook.comalsooffersaccessviaIMAPandPOP3forpaidaccountsandfreeaccountsinmostcountries.
