Type in Login name and password

Click to search for customer

Change tab to customer

Type in customer name

Type in Surname

Then click search

Click customer

Click View Assigned Products

Click Wireless for the MSISDN you want to change to BB Service

Click Actions, Ordering then Change

Click next

Click Data to open BB Services

Select BB Services Option

Click Add

click to choose BB Service

Select BB Service customer need

BES Plus Service is selected

Verify Banking Details if happy click next

Click Next

Click Submit Order

Order successfully Submitted

Click Close
