CLANDESTINE TRIPS TO BATASAN

• Gen. Ebdane and his men made 4 clandestine entries into the Batasan in January and February 2005

• Gen. Ebdane managed and helped them in the switching operations. Policemen guarded the room of ballot boxes.

• The Batasan guards “Looked the other way” when they entered, which was in the wee hours of Sunday and Monday morning. The last entry was made before Valentine’s Day.

• Gen. Ebdane was named as Sectretary of DPWH.
