One System Conference 2017An event for Coca-Cola India main franchisees, the Bottlers, had its edition in January 12th and 13th, 2017 in India.

The event goal was to get together all franchises from India to unite, act and grow into an one single system.

The event was attended by the president of Coca-Cola Pacific, Coca-Cola India, executives of Coca-Cola Asia and more than 250 bottlers.

NeedsThe goal of Coca-Cola was to bring innovation to the event and automate all processes.

In addition to that, they also wanted an efficient application with good usability for the attendees.

In order to make the attendees management easier, we offered the OnSite service for this event. OnSite provides local support, with our local team operating the mobile platform and technologies such as beacons, NFC and registration in order to ensure all stages and information during the event.

Days before the event notifications were sent by the Coca-Cola’s event app aiming to confirm the presence of each pre-registered guest list in a quick and custom fashion.

Additionally, in this event tablets and printers were sent in order to make the registration process quicker.

Each booth had a set goal for their target audience. When the target audience stopped by they were presented with a gift.

Beacons e NFCTechnology used for management and control of the registration process very quickly and easily. In addition to reducing the risks of event access fraud, it monitored the average time which each participant stayed in the booths, talks and presentations of the event.

Display screens were used to show the technology present during the event. The director presented which were the most visited booths using our beacon technology.
