• SUSTAINABLE – committed to a lifestyle that is sustainable ecologically, economically, and socially

• WELLNESS-ORIENTED – encouraging wellness of the mind, body and spirit

• ACCESSIBLE – providing easy access to the home and community (e.g. universal design features)
