Steps

1 Open Hotmail.com Homepage. Hotmail has it’s another name Outlook.com, you can use it also for the same.

• You can recover inactive accounts for up to 365 days since the last time you logged in. You can recover it manually anytime.

3 Click on “I forgot my password” and go to “Next”.

4 Enter the Email address you need access to in “Microsoft Account” field. Fill out the Captcha then go to “Next”.

5 Choose a Verification Method. You have to choose a Verification method in order to access your account again. Click on any option above to get a verification code and click on “Next”.

6 Fill out the Requirements(if Necessary). If you had chosen another Option in previous form, you have to fill it and this will send the verification code to your alternative email that you entered when you created your account.

7 Get your Verification code via Email. If you have selected the Email for Verification method, Get your verification code in your alternative email. Check your Alternative Email.

8 Enter your Verification code which is received in your Alternative Email.

9 Change your Password. As of now you have your account access again, Create your new password so that you can Log In.

10Log into your Account. Now you have created your new password, So Log into your account. Access it. Congratulation!!
