Hotel Aurora

JST ‘Verslo Vertikale’ is a new Lithuanian company that is planning the economy class hotel construction and multifunctional events and conference center situated in Aurora. According to the detailed project plan the accommodation capacity is 144 rooms (258 beds). The total area of the hotel is 7.171 m2 and the total area of the conference center is 973 m2. So far the company has secured funding of 9.281901 LTL (2.688224,3 EUR) for the purpose of “improving the diversity and the quality of tourism services” in Lithuania.

Hotel AuroraThe project “Aurora” is based in

Klaipeda, the 3rd largest city in Lithuania. It is near the biggest shopping mall and ferries. The ferries are the only connection with a very popular locations like Smiltyne and Nida. Major tourist attractions such as the unique Sea Musuem and Delphinarium, and the famous Dunes of Nida, can only be reached by ferry.

Hotel AuroraThe aim of this project is to deliver a package of tourism services to

consumers consisting of:

– Accommodation (144 rooms)• 126 double rooms • 8 double family rooms• 10 4-bed rooms

– Food and beverage (60 seats)– Organising events

• Cultural, entertainment, private and corporate/business meetings

• Capacity 70-200 (people)– Organizing leisure and adventure holidays
