2. Supervisors hold regular meetings with group members 1st meeting: 15 - 30 /10 2nd meeting: 01 - 19 /12 3rd meeting: 17 - 28 /02

3. Submit the progress report at the end of each month
4. Submit the logbook (1st time)
Content of logbook (first submission) a cover with design names, class & class number of all members
of the group a content page name of the game stall and the stall number

Objective (s) of the display broad and the game content displayed on board rules of the game awards system: maximum of 3 stamps will be given to
the participants the design and layout of the game stall records of the process
e.g. photos, minutes, etc duty roster for 2 games day estimated expenditure
