We review a few more aspects of the work of the Holy Spirit in the Old Testament. We conclude, noting that Old Testament ministry was glorious. New Testament ministry is to be more glorious. We must expect greater glory, greater manifestations of the Spirit in our time!

While the Testaments have changed, the Spirit of God is still the same

John 14:16-17

16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.

Romans 15:4,13

4 For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope 13 Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
