GOODIES! EACH ATTENDEE WILL RECEIVE A GOODIE BAG WITH YOUR NAME BADGE, ROOM DOOR IDENTIFICATION SIGNS AND THE “SWAG” AT CHECK-IN

PARTICIPATE IN SWAPS!  WE WILL BE COORDINATING DIFFERENT TYPES OF SWAPS FOR DEMONSTRATORS TO PARTICIPATE IN IF THEY CHOOSE.

TAKE HOME THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL THE PROJECTS! EACH ATTENDEE WILL RECEIVE A CD CONTAINING THE PHOTOS, INSTRUCTIONS, TEMPLATES AND SUPPLY LISTS FOR EACH PROJECT.  PLUS, YOU WILL RECEIVE A MINI SCRAPBOOK ALBUM TO HOLD ALL YOUR SWAPS AND THE CD OF PROJECTS!

SOCIAL EVENTS! IN BETWEEN WORKSHOPS, WE WILL HOST SOCIALS TO ENCOURAGE ATTENDEES TO GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER, SHARE IDEAS AND HAVE FUN!  PLUS, WE HAVE A DEDICATED MEMBERS-ONLY WEBSITE FOR YOU TO GET TO KNOW OTHERS GOING ON THE TRIP, SEE PROJECT TEASERS, KEEP UP WITH CRITICAL DEADLINES, AND SEE NEW ANNOUNCEMENTS!

We will have a total of three exhibits. They will be as follows:

1. Share Wall: located in the back part of the Zion room, that we will be eating in.

2. Holiday Wall: located in the Ontario Room

3. New Product Display: located in the Main Stage Room

Shhh! It’s a surprise!! We are surprising the demonstrators with a very special treat. A trip to Park City’s Egyptian Theater, where we will get to see Odyssey Dance Theatre perform Thriller.
