Key elements of the program.

This foundational program offers blended learning that isswift, self-paced, and phased to include pre-workshop,executive coaching, and post-workshopre-entry planning. The time spent in the workshop servesas the "skills laboratory" for applied learning throughoutthe phased program and beyond.

Faculty, instructional designers, and coaches work togetherto create a seamless development experience thataddresses each leader as a "whole-person" — connectingprinciples of personal, interpersonal, organizational, andpurposeful leadership together into one journey.

The learning journey begins with the Insight Phase, whereparticipants receive assessment results and executivecoaching, which create insights about how they can bestleverage the upcoming workshop. The Immersion Phaseconsists of a three-day workshop that provides a coreunderstanding of the business in addition to defining theirleadership journey, which enables them to navigatecomplexity and sustain their leadership impact. Theprogram concludes with the Impact Phase whereparticipants engage with their peers in an applicationwebinar to reinforce the transfer of learning into impact. The length of the overall participant learning journeydepends on the needs of the organization and theirbusiness cycle.

This phase is followed by a session with the key talentleaders where Korn Ferry offers a talent briefing, a groupreport, and coaching observations. This yields a "re-entryplan" for each participant so succession planning can beindividualized.
