Health

What is health?

• Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease, as defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) in its constitution adopted in 1948

Physical form• Fitness is the ability of the body to perform any

type of exercise which shows that you have endurance, strength, agility, skill, coordination and flexibility.

Mental health• There are also mental health, which is

characterized by the balanced emotional state of a person and his self-acceptance (thanks to self-learning and self-knowledge); in clinical terms, is the absence of any type of mental illness

What is nutrition?• Nutrition is the biological process in the body

assimilate food. Primarily the utilization of nutrients, 1 while the homeostatic balance of the body at the molecular level and macrosystemic.

Which are the healthy habits?• Bring healthy habits is essential for us to grow up

healthy, both physically and mentally. Following a healthy life makes us a better life. Here I explain twelve:

1.Do exercise• Exercise is an important part of a healthy

lifestyle. Exercise prevents health issues, develop resilience, gives more energy and can help reduce stress. You can also help maintain a healthy body weight and control your appetite.

2.Limit salt• New research published in the Journal of the

American Heart Association, support the recommendation of the American Heart Association to limit your daily intake of sodium (salt) to less than 1,500 milligrams in order to reduce the risk of high blood pressure and developing cardiovascular disease.

3.Reduce stress• The most important thing is to prevent relaxation, enjoy

something every day. Other way is to change jobs, get out and enjoy the outdoors in the field can help clear the mind. The exercise is also important for combating stress and depression. Many people close their world and can end up breaking our self-esteem

4.Drink much of water• We all need water to survive .Without water, your body stops

working properly. More than half of the human body is water, and one can not survive without water longer than a few days. Because our body needs water to perform many of the functions performed. You need to drink at least 8-10 cups daily often a person loses more water than it takes.

5. Sleep about 7 hours• When not sleeping well is a lower yield, low

concentration and can produce memory lapses, mood swings ... Sleep is necessary for health, between 7-8 hours sleep daily is enough. This helps improve learning.

6.Avoid negative habits• Examples of bad habits are smoking, drinking or

taking any drugs. The decrease in brain size and has side effects such as hallucinations, change the way you think ...

7.Make 5 meals• Skipping a meal causes our body to produce more

insulin and the more we need to produce more food. So at the next meal after a long period have more hunger.

8. Hygiene• Hygiene is the set of knowledge and techniques

applied by individuals to control the factors that have or can have harmful effects on your health. Personal hygiene is the basic concept of toiletries, cleaning and care of the human body.

9.Maintaining a healthy weight Achieve and maintain a healthy weight is

important for overall health and can help prevent and control many diseases and conditions.

10.Eating foods rich in fiber• Fiber is very important for the proper functioning

of the body nutrient. Lack of fiber leads to the development of several pathologies. It's really important to eat fiber because it is healthy and beneficial to our health.

11.Reduce fat intake• Eating a diet high in fat can contribute to heart

disease. Eating too much fat also contributes to overweight. Being overweight can increase your risk of developing high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and certain forms of cancer.

12. Reduce refined carbohydrates

• Reducing carbohydrates in the diet reduces appetite and helps you lose weight, according to a study by the School of Medicine at Temple University (USA) published in Annals of Internal Medicine.
