¾ oz (2,2 cl) Poli Barrique 1¼ oz (3,75 cl) Esprit de June
Garnish: cherry
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass. Cool them down with a bar spoon. Pour the content into a chilled Martini glass. Add a cherry to decorate.
Holy Moscato
¾ oz (2,2 cl) Poli Cleopatra Moscato Oro¾ oz (2,2 cl) Canadian Whisky½ oz (1,5 cl) Red Vermouth4 drops Angostura
Garnish: cherry
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass. Cool them down stirring with a bar spoon. Pour the content into a chilled cocktail glass and add a cherry to decorate.

¾ oz (2,2 cl) PO' di Poli Morbida¾ oz (2,2 cl) Aviation gin ½ oz (1,5 cl) Creme de violette½ oz (1,5 cl) Maraschino½ oz (1,5 cl) lemon juice
Garnish: violet petals
Pour the ingredients into a shaker e shake firmly. Pour the content into a Martini glass with a strainer. Add some violet petals to decorate.

1¼ oz (3,75 cl) PO' di Poli Secca 1 oz (3 cl) Basil syrup3oz (9 cl) Sweet and Sour Mixtop soda
Garnish: lemon slice
Pour the ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice and stir gently. Add a lemon slice to decorate.

Garnish: lemon zest
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass. Cool them down with a bar spoon. Pour the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass, add some lemon zest to decorate.

Pour the ingredients into a shaker, shake firmly. Filter the content and pour it into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish: frosted sugar
Lay some frosted sugar on the glass rim. Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes, shake well, filter the content and pour it into a cocktail glass

Garnish: coffee beans
Pour the ingredients into a rocks glass with ice and stir gently. Add some coffee beans to decorate.

Pour the ingredients in a shaker and shake firmly. Filter the content and pour it into a chilled Martini glass. Add raspberries to decorate.
