Booking Information• A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of

£10.00 per person is required to confirm the booking.

• This deposit is due within 14 days of making a provisional booking.

• By paying a deposit you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

• Final balances are due by 31st October 2013. Once paid these are non-refundable/ non-transferable.

• Should you wish to cancel your event after paying your deposit, you must give 4 weeks’ notice prior to the event date otherwise you are liable to pay the full amount. Your deposit will not be refunded.
