Staff Welfare
NEW YEAR CELEBRATION
This year (2016) regional office Udaipur staff celebrated New
Year’s Eve in,” Rama Bagh ”. We started celebrations at 9:00PM
on 31/12/2016 wherein all staff with their families participated and
enjoyed the evening with Music, Dance followed by a delicious
dinner. At 12:00 AM (Midnight) all exchanged the New Year
Greetings by hugging each other and bursting crackers.
Competition at work place In this cut-throat world competition where everyone is
fighting to achieve the same goals, can ‘health y
competition ever be a reality’? It is widely believed that
competition at the workplace can be productive. But
competitiveness can also hinder the culture if i t
become toxic – think undermining backstabbing and a
‘me first’ mentality. Organization and employees both
have to ensure that they bring out the positive aspects
of competition at the workplace.
Occupational Safety
Building an enduring culture of
safety can be the most cost-effective and
proven accident-prevention process.
Creating and internalizing this culture is
the most successful way to minimize
injuries and maintain a safer, more pro-
ductive and engaged workforce. Building
a safety of culture is not just a set of
rules; Safety becomes the right and re-
sponsibility of each and every employee.
NEW YEAR 2017
New Year is the time at which a new
calendar year begins and the calendar's
year count increments by one. Staffs at
HYD office greeted and wished each
other Happy New Year. Exchanging messages, greeting and
gifts are part and parcel of the New Year celebration.
