Memories of Times Past
‘Professor Bill’ Matteson
Please don't ask why I know these
things, but here is some more useless
information from Prof Bill.
The Boiler Inspector
Serial Killer Roams Uptown It was a hot summer evening, 1945. We
were sitting on the back porches in
order to seek a l ittle relief from the heat.
My mom was the first to notice a ruckus
coming from the next building to the
North - that would be 4741 Kenmore.
Now, as kids we were all schooled in the
scam of the "boiler inspector." There
was always a child molester in the area,
and as kids we were taught how to avoid
them and never allow ourselves to be in
close proximity to them.
One of the ruses was the "boiler
inspector," in order to get some
unsuspecting kid to show them where
the boiler was.
Mr. Nelson, the building owner, had

the story pops up. Here are some

10-year-old daughter to go into the
basement with him.
This "boiler inspector" was in good
shape and very athletic, looking to be
about 20 years old. Mr. Nelson had him
on the ground by the throat and
hollered up to us to call the police.
Now in these days very few people had
phones, and there certainly was no 911,
so if a call was made to the police it
would be at least 30 minutes before
they arrived.
Dad was already on his way down from
the second floor when the "boiler
inspector" jumped up and pushed or hit
Mr. Nelson at the same time, screaming
that he didn't want his daughter
anyway, he wanted the little blond girl
next door (that would be my seven-year-
old sister), at which time Mom was
hollering from the porch, "Kill the SOB!"
Dad was moving faster than I ever seen
him move. That’s when the BI jumped
over the fence into our backyard and
was gone before Dad could get to him.
I don't remember if the police were ever
called or not. This became the topic of
conversation in the neighborhood for a
few days and was forgotten about, until
sometime during the winter, a 6-year-
old girl, Susan Degnan, was missing from
her home in the 5900 block of Kenmore.
Her dismembered body was found
sometime later, and the following June,
Will iam Heirens was arrested for her
murder.
As soon as we saw his picture in the
paper, both Mom and Mr. Nelson said
he was the "Boiler Inspector." According
to the newspapers, Heirens' first murder
took place at 4108 Kenmore in June
1945 and the second one was at 3941
Pine Grove in the winter of 1945.
Was William Heirens really our "boiler
inspector"?
Osage City, Kansas CCC Camps and Moon Shining 1939
I was 3 years old when we came to
Osage City from Kingman Kansas, work
was nonexistent, my sister was just born
and we were at the tail end of the Great
depression.
My Dad was lucky enough or smart
enough to land a job with the Civil ian
Conservation Corp. they sent him to
Cooks and Baker School and then made
him a Sergeant and put him in charge of
A Sutherland Production
the Mess Hall. I think the pay was about
$12 per month. At least we ate well .
I never ever remember going hungry, I
do remember at times having no shoes.
The commander of the Camp was a
drinker and so was my Dad. Kansas was
a dry state and that left only one
alternative for them…Make your
own…and that they did.
The commander soon found out that my
Father had certain skil ls when it came to
Whiskey Making and, being in charge of
the Mess Hall, he had a place where he
could buy supplies from and operate out
of.
I remember My Mom telling me in later
years, that Dad made the best whiskey
in the state of Kansas.
My job was dumping sugar into a
cooking pot. I remember 4 cups no
more, no less. The whiskey was done
when it turned a certain amber color.
When he saw a certain hue, then it was
ready and we would pour it into jars.
I was only three years old and his cover
when we delivered the whiskey.
I went with him to all the “Blind Pigs” in
the area. I'm 3 years old and know what
a blind pig is! For those who don't, it
simply was a tavern in disguise; from the
highway, it could be seen as an old barn
until you pulled around back and parked
next to a lot of other cars.
Dad delivered, collected the money, and
then split the profits with the
commander.
My Dad smoked Wings cigarettes at the
time and gave me the l ittle cards that
came with the pack. The cards had
pictures of airplanes on them; I loved
airplanes then and stil l do. I always had
a great memory and my Dad would tell
me the names of all the airplanes on the
cards . I had a big collection… he smoked
a lot.
One day in a blind pig, 2 guys were
arguing about the name of an airplane,
they asked my dad, and he told them to
ask me. They laughed and held up the
card, I told them the name. They held up
another card and said if I could name it,
they would give me a nickel, well 30
cents later they ran out of cards and
that’s when I became a legend in every
blind pig in central Kansas.
My Dad could make an extra $ 2 to $3 a
week which was big money in those
days. We would walk into a place and I
would be grabbed and stood on the bar,
everyone would take turns trying to
stump me. I was sometimes accused of
being able to read which my Dad
thought was funny.
One night I heard Dad’s car screech to a
halt in the driveway, he ran in, made
me, Sister and Mom pack clothes. He
put a wad of money in Mom’s hand and

an address, tell ing her to stay there until
he showed up. He then drove us out on
the highway, flagged down a Greyhound

We ended up in Chicago and stayed at
the St Regis Hotel at Clark and Grand
Ave. About 3 weeks later, just as the
money ran out, Dad showed up, having
an apartment for us at 1964 North
Lincoln Ave. It was summer 1941
I know today why my Mother cried
every night and would not let us out of

before I was 5 years old!

Horror of the Mummy's Ghost Field Museum of Natural History - 1400 S. Lake Shore Drive -Chicago, Illinois
Chicago Field Museum
Chicago, Illinois is known as a world
class city with no shortage of things to
do. People come down town, or the
loop as we call it, for various reasons.
Some come to see the city's legendary
skyline that really comes to life once
the sun goes down. Or perhaps the
very best in cuisine and entertainment
is what brings them to Chicago. And of
course, maybe you just want to hang
out. Whenever I'm down town, there is
one place that can always grabs my
attention, The Field Museum Of
Natural History.
When I visit the Field, I could spend
hours getting lost in its many exhibits.
The museum has everything from
Legends E-Magazine
10

what a Native American settlement
looked like, to the fossilized bones of
once fearsome dinosaurs. The exhibit
that really captures my imagination is
the Egyptian Exhibit. Two reasons
keep me coming back, I am thoroughly
fascinated by this ancient culture. And,
you guessed it, the exhibit is haunted.
The Field Museum of Natural History
and its impressive collection of
artifacts originated at the 1893
World's Columbian Exposition. At the
close of the fair, Edward Ayer feared
the museum's artifacts would be
damaged or lost. He made it his
personal mission to protect and
preserve man's ancient past.
With a passionate plea, Ayer, managed
to convince wealthy merchant and
department store tycoon, Marshall
Field, to fund the museum. Field
agreed and on September 16, 1893 the
museum was incorporated into the
city of Chicago and was called, The
Columbian Museum of Chicago.
In 1905, the museum's name was
changed to the Field Museum Of
Natural History in honor of its
generous benefactor, Marshall Field.
Almost two decades later, the
museum's exhibits began to out grow
the museum at its original location in
Jackson Park. The museum was moved
to its present location along the scenic
Lake Michigan shore. The Field
museum, Shedd Aquarium and Adler
Planetarium now make up Chicago's
beautiful lakefront museum campus.
For decades, the Field Museum has
offered a glimpse into the culture of
ancient Egypt with its popular, Inside
Ancient Egypt Exhibit. Here you can
learn about mummification, Egyptian

religious rites and the dynasties and
periods of its history. My interest lay
in one simple mummy, Hawrar, a
mummy that is known to be livelier
than it should be.
Before the museum came into
possession of Hawrar, it was a
relatively quiet place and certainly no
talk of ghosts. That all changed with
the arrival of Hawrar. If you ever
speak to any of the night guards, they
might tell you the Egyptian exhibit can
be a frightening place at night.
Shortly after the arrival of Hawrar, the
silence of the museum was shattered
when what sounded like a gunshot
rang throughout the museum. When
security investigated the Egyptian
exhibit, they found Hawrar's
sarcophagus had somehow launched
itself across the room. The guards put
it back in its display and just dismissed
is as one of those things that just
happens. They were not prepared for
what came next.
After that night, the activity in the
Egyptian exhibit progressed to a
frightening level. Screams and moans
emanated from the exhibit and Hawrar
was observed moving. Of course all
this activity centered on this mummy
making people think that maybe the
myth of a mummy's curse wasn't a
myth after all.
One former employee reported a
frightening experience when she was
leaving late one night. According to
her, she witnessed the apparition of a
figure in ancient Egyptian clothing
walking down the hall. When she
called out to tell the person the
museum was closed, the figure turned
a corner and vanished. She reported
the incident to security but they were
just as mystified as she was.
In recent years, Hawrar has been quiet
with not even so much as a moan.
Perhaps the mummy's ghost is
dormant. Or, he has finally found his
way to Duat, the Egyptian underworld,
where he awaits the next life.
Ghosts of Flight 191 O'Hare International Airport
Chicago, Illinois – Rick Hale
Chicago's O'Hare International
Airport is considered to be one of
the busiest airports in the world.
With hundreds of national and
international flights arriving and
departing daily, it had become an
important port of entry in the
United States.
Although O'Hare has an impressive
record of being safe and free of
incident, its record isn't without
Legends E-Magazine

O’Hare International Airport
blemish. It was here in 1979, that
one of the worst plane crashes in
the history of modern aviation
occurred. And many of the souls
that perished on that day still
wander the scene where they died.
May 25, 1979 was one of the
busiest days in the history of the
airport. It was Memorial Day, the
unofficial start of summer, and
thousands were either arriving or
departing for the long holiday
weekend. At 3 PM, flight 191
headed for Los Angeles, California
was given clearance by the tower
to take off. Hundreds were on their
way, not knowing the tragedy that
was about to unfold.
All appeared to be going smoothly
as flight 191 left the tarmac and
gained altitude. As the plane
approached 300 feet, the
controllers in the flight tower
noticed something troubling. Parts
of the port engine pylon began
falling off and a white vapor
started shooting out of the engine.
The tower, and anyone else aware
of what was going on, watched in
horror as the engine fell off the plane.
In a blind panic, the tower desperately
tried contacting the plane but it was
already too late. Everyone in the
airport, and surrounding area,
watched helplessly as the DC10
rolled and crashed to the Earth in a
field just east of Touhy Avenue.
The resulting explosion was heard
for miles. All 271 passengers and
flight crew were killed instantly.
Within minutes, the fatal crash of
Flight 191 was reported across the
country and the globe. The safety
of the airport was immediately
called into question and friends
and family of the victims
demanded answers. Those
answers would soon come when
the National Transportation Safety
Board wrapped up their
investigation. And those
A Sutherland Production
desperately sought after answers
were not good.
According to the findings of the
NTSB, a stress fracture in the
engine flange was the cause of the
crash. When asked how something
like that could have happened, it
was determined that flawed
maintenance on the highly
serviceable aircraft was to blame.
Following the tragedy,
maintenance crews became more
vigilant when repairing and
inspecting aircraft. It became
O'Hare's mission that a tragedy of
this magnitude would never
happen again. With that mystery
out of the way, another mystery
presented itself; A mystery that
neither O’Hare, nor the NTSB, was
equipped to deal with.
The weeks following the crash, the
Des Plaines police department
began receiving phone calls from
people seeing lights in the field
where the plane went down.
Believing ghoulish souvenir
hunters were trespassing, several
officers were dispatched to
investigate the complaints. When
they arrived and searched the field,
they found nothing. No trespassers
and no sign of anything that could
be causing the lights.
The unexplained appearance of
lights bobbing around the crash
site might be mysterious enough.
However, nothing could match the
bizarre occurrences being reported
in the nearby mobile home
community.
Residents of the quiet community
were being disturbed by the
sounds of footsteps coming up
their stairs and loud, frantic
banging on their doors. When they
went to see who their visitors
could be, they found nothing on the
other side. If the owners had dogs,
their pets would suddenly start
barking at something only they
could see.
Rumors began circulating around
the community that the ghosts of
the victims of flight 191 were
haunting them.
Several apparitions of injured men
and women that smelled of engine
fuel were seen wondering the
neighborhood. One resident
claimed that while outside one
night, a man in tattered,
smoldering clothes approached
him outside his house. The
Legends E-Magazine
14
mysterious phantom complained
about not making his connecting
flight. The resident watched in awe
as the man turned and vanished
before his bewildered eyes.
Although it's been 40 years since
the crash of flight 191 and the
subsequent deaths of 271
passengers and flight crew.
Residents of the area still report
the footsteps and knocking on their
doors, but seeing apparitions has
become a rare occurrence.
The souls of those who lost their
lives in the crash may never find
the rest they desire. Forced to
forever wander the grounds where
their lives were abruptly stolen
from them.

Wizard of Oz
And Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Cinema Shorthand Society
I was in a need of money at the time, I
had done about six pictures for MGM at
the time and my agent called. I said,
'Yes?' and he said 'Maggie, they want
you to play a part on the Wizard.' I said
to myself, 'Oh Boy, The Wizard of Oz!
That has been my favorite book since I
was four.' And I asked him what part,
and he said 'The Witch' and I said 'The
Witch?!' and he said 'What else?'"
It is ironic that Margaret Hamilton's
performance as the Wicked Witch of the
West in "The Wizard of Oz" (1939) was
so scary to children, because her first job
was as a kindergarten teacher. She loved
and doted upon children all her l ife.
Until the day she died, she had children
recognizing her and coming up to her to
ask why she was so mean to Dorothy.
She became very concerned about the
role's effect on children, and finally did a
guest spot on "Mister Rogers'
Neighborhood" to explain that the Witch
was just a character in the fi lm, and not
herself.
"Almost always they want me to laugh
like the Witch. And sometimes when I go
to schools, if we're in an auditorium, I'l l
do it. And there's always a funny
reaction, l ike Ye gods, they wish they
hadn't asked. They're scared. They're
really scared for a second… Even
adolescents. I guess for a minute they
get the feeling they got when they
watched the picture. They like to hear it
but they don't l ike to hear it. And then
they go, 'Oh...' The picture made a
terrible impression of some kind on
them, sometimes a ghastly impression,
but most of them got over it, I guess...
Because when I talk l ike the Witch and
when I laugh, there is a hesitation, and
then they clap. They're clapping at
hearing the sound again."
Hamilton nearly quit as the Wicked
Witch after a December 1938 accident in
which she was severely burned during
her dramatic exit from Munchkinland.
The impressive special effect was
achieved by her stepping onto a trap
door (obscured by rising smoke) that
dropped beneath her, and then a burst
of real fire came up. On one take, the
fire came too early, and her costume
caught fire. She was off the fi lm for
more than a month. After she
recuperated, she said "I won't sue,
because I know how this business works,
Legends E-Magazine

and I would never work again. I will
return to work on one condition - no
more fire work!"
"'The Wizard of Oz' keeps coming back
every year... because it's such a
beautiful fi lm. I don't think any of us
knew how lovely it was at first. But, after
a while, we all began to feel it coming
together - and knew we had something.
I can watch it again and again and
remember wonderful Judy, Bert, Ray,
Jack, Bil l ie, Frank and how wonderful
they all were.
The scene that always gets to me,
though, and I think it's one of the most
appealing scenes I've ever seen, is the
one where the Wizard gives the gifts to
them at the end. Frank (Morgan) was
just l ike that as a person. And every time
I see him do it, the tears come to my
eyes. I l isten to the words. I think of
Frank, and I know how much he meant
what he said, and how much the word
themselves mean."

THE DEATH OF THE
FAMILY GATHERING
Alison Wright- Contributor Writer

As a youngster I have vivid memories
of being around my extended family.
It was so meaningful to the older
generation to sit around talking and
spending time together. Seeing
someone's child, the extension of
your family, play and run with other
family members was a joyful and
celebrating occasion. It wasn't really
something you had to plan and it just
happened instinctively. Everyone is
getting together at Aunt Jane's
Saturday, bring potato salad. Uncle
Fred is frying chicken. Family
gatherings took precedence.
The quaint cemetery that lies in the
country where my grandparents
grew up celebrates each third
Sunday in May by decorating the
gravesites and visiting with old
friends and family. It was so
important to my grandparents to be
there every single year and it took
priority over anything else. Everyone
was required to look their best and
be on time and be prepared to stay
all day. Bring something to drink or a
cooler for lunch because it was hot
and you weren't leaving anytime
soon. Old folks patted each other on
the back and shook hands. They
caught up on the family gossip and
laughed with friends they graduated
high school with some 50 years
earlier. Colorful flowers were laid
atop of headstones, people set on
blankets with their picnics and
shared memories and watermelon.
Now, if you drive by this same
church cemetery on the third Sunday
of May, you will see a car or two.
The children's children will run by to
lay some flowers out, stand there for
a minute or two thinking about the
past, then get back into their car and
go about their day. This is no longer
an event, it's an inconvenience and
no one can be bothered. The people
who cared so much are now resting
and we can't take a few hours of our
lives to continue this tradition and
visit with one another while paying
our respects.
Legends E-Magazine
18
Recently our family celebrated my
grandmother's 90th birthday. Family
from miles away traveled to my
small hometown to visit with her,
drop off a card and enjoy some food.
This was the first time in many years
that I saw many of my family
members. My aunt continued to
remark about how much she misses
everyone and how we don't do this
enough. But even with this being a
milestone event as well as an
opportunity to see family, many
people did not make it. And to be
honest, I was usually the one never
there. Having lived hours away from
home since I was 21 years old, I have
missed more family gatherings than I
have made. But this past one made
me realize how much I am really
missing.
Studying several faces and then
realizing who I am looking at while
saying hello with open arms is
strange. I don't know them anymore.
I found myself saying many times to
people, "You probably saw on
Facebook..." I had little to discuss.
They know most about my life,
husband and children. It took away
from the importance of why we
were together. We sat and enjoyed
catching up with one another.
People who always seemed so young
now look old. Several people told me
we should have a family reunion
soon if only everyone wasn't so busy.
But something tells me the people of
my grandmother's generation were
much busier yet still found time to
visit with family. Family meant
something back then. People
understood the importance of
visiting one another, of shaking
hands and laughing. A person
understood that time was fleeting
and those you care about most
won't be here forever. Family was all
you had.
Today we focus on our careers,
raising our own kids, getting away
when we can. Our extended family
isn't the center it once was and if a
reunion were to be planned, most
wouldn't bother to come. Besides,
we keep in touch on social media.
What we miss is the potato salad,
the moments of laughter and sudden
bursts of excitement when we hug
someone we haven't laid eyes on in
over 10 years. Sitting next to
A Sutherland Production
someone who makes up our
childhood memories and
remembering their smile from years
ago that you haven't seen in person
in a really long time. We are missing
this. What we don't get that our
grandparents did is that although the
next get-together is always a year or
so away, people aren't commodities
and everyone has an expiration date.
I left my grandmother's party with a
much better sense of whom I am
and where I came from. I laughed at
jokes I heard (and told) and I got to
spend time with people who
contributed to who I am today. I had
forgotten how good that feels. I had
forgotten how much I love them and
I was reminded of how much I am
loved. That alone deserves more
respect than "I will make the next
one."
These days are flying by and my
hope is that we stop being so
focused on our own worlds and
instead open the door to a family we
have missed and that, by the way,
really misses us too.

This is an amazing photograph of a
type of life form that we occasionally
receive photographs of. We usually
discover that the person
photographing the being, and the
person being photographed, have
advanced energy capacities (even
though sometimes they may not be
aware of it). This photograph shows
the life form's translucent structure
the clearest of any we have received to
date, the round hinges to its "legs"
showing clearly. In my (Atala)
communication with these beings,
they explain that they are "like"
psychic crabs that will crawl over a
spiritual person's aura, and gobble up
psychic debris that has fallen on the
person, helping to keep the
person's energy clean for their work.
They are simply present, as a natural
part of life. The round circle at the
base of one foot looks like it might be
"feeding" off - e.g. "cleaning up" – some
psychic debris in the gentleman's
energy field.
Caution: Many times these may be
misdiagnosed by the amateur

similar to a mosquito or bug, so please

to be an actual fairy. It is not a moth -

such situations – the presence of orbs
is in reality many times a life form
whose aura we can see but whose
actual life form itself has not

The fairy form, while still not fully

you could not physically see it, Jolene
was able to photograph it. The
scorpion injected something into my
person which caused me to transition
into a higher ascension by causing me
to release past life trauma. As they
say, to reach the higher levels of
ascension you can not bring your
garbage with you. This was a 4 day
process of releasing, which caused
un-controllable crying, severe
migraine head ache and out of body
experiences , eventually leading to a
trip to the hospital. It was rough, but
in the end well worth it.
We also have ethereal serpents in the
woods that do the same thing as the
scorpion, but their bite is nowhere
near severe as the scorpion... but if bit,
it will help you with your ascension
process.
Whatever we find physical in this
world, there is a non-physical
duplicate of it in other dimensions..

Traveling into Other Dimensions
MORE ON PHASE SHIFTING
Mary Sutherland
The key element in this process is an
increased application of energy caused
from the activated vortex.
Due to the conditions in the vortex,
you, as a solid matter, absorb the
additional energy. As your body
absorbs this energy, the molecules
increase in speed and start to vibrate
more rapidly, causing the molecules to
move apart from one another or shift.
The physical shell can no longer
contain your ethereal self. Being that
your vaporous body is no longer
restrained to the 3D physical world it
moves through the veil into the higher
dimensions, which we call 'phase
shifting'.
The Three States of Water
I like to use the three states of water to
demonstrate what happens during a
phase shift.
Ice represents the solid or crystalline
state.
Put ice in a pan and apply heat
(energy) to the ice.
Legends E-Magazine
24
As the ice absorbs the heat (energy)
the bonds that hold the molecules
together start moving faster, allowing
them to break free of their crystalline
state and turn in to water or 'plasma'.
Turn the heat up even more on the pan
of water, the molecules start moving
even faster . You will now see steam
moving up from the water and
disappearing into the air.
Although you can no longer see the
'original' components of water they
still exist; just as they did prior to the
increase of energy.
Simply slow the molecules down and
the reverse happens... the gaseous
matter will turn back into water and
by putting the water back into the
freezer (slowing down the molecules
even more) it will form the solid state
of ice.
The Vortex mirrors what is already
happening to you and the world we
live in right now.
During this Age of Ascension, we are
entering a time in which increasing
energy is being absorbed by the
molecules that make up our physical
reality. They are moving faster and
faster, which means that their rate of
vibration (frequency) is also
increasing.
The basic vibratory rate of the planet
is increasing. Meaning - All of the forms
that we are familiar with are
undergoing a phase shift!
At the present, we are moving from
the 3D solid state to a more fluid 4D
reality. By 2012, the 5th and 6th
dimensional realities will begin
manifesting. A tip off to this 4D
reality and the upward shifting is in
your awareness that things 'seem' to
feel like they are moving faster -
including time. The reason you may
be sensing this is because - they really
are! We are going through a profound
phase shift that will take us to the next
level in the reality spectrum.
Light is Vibrating Energy
To help you understand this concept a
little better, let's review what light is
and how it affects our reality.
'Visible' light is energy vibrating
within the frequency range that can be
detected by the receptor cells in the
retina of our eyes.
The frequency of vibration of a form of
energy is in an inverse relationship to
its wavelength. In other words, the
A Sutherland Production
shorter the wavelength, the higher the
frequency. Very long waves have a
very low (or "slow") frequency.
Our physical eyes can "see" or detect
energy in a frequency range that
corresponds to a wavelength of 4000
to 7500 angstroms. (An angstrom is a
very small unit (1 hundred-millionth
of a centimeter) used to measure the
extremely short wavelengths found in
various forms of radiant energy.)
Visible light (light we can see) ranges
from the color red to the color violet.
Invisible light is Infrared ("below" red)
and ultraviolet ("beyond" violet) light .
This we cannot normally see without
the use of special equipment that
extends the range of our vision. There
are entities and even worlds that exist
in this invisible spectrum, very real
but vibrating beyond the range of light
that our physical eyes can see.
Inhabiting these etheric worlds are
inter-dimensional entities, elemental
beings , souls and astral shells of the
dead.
Objects including ourselves will
become invisible to others - after we
have increased the speed of vibration
past their spectrum of vision. To them
we have disappeared or simply are not
there, but while we are in this
increased vibrational state, not only do
we see ourselves and physical
experience , but we also see them.
After we have slowed our frequency
down we once again become visible to
those operating in a lower frequency
band.
Following is an example of the
increased vibration , change in
frequency and a phase shift.
Everything is made up of vibrating
light which carries its own vibration
and frequency. Colors, emotions,
substances, sound and thought forms
all have an energetic "signature."
Emotions of fear, anger, hatred,
jealousy, and greed are the 'lower'
emotions and carry a lower vibrational
frequency.
The 'higher' emotions carry a higher
frequency and are emotions of peace,
love, happiness and compassion.

The First Religion of Lemuria- Osiris and the Sine Wave
Mary Sutherland
Above Illustration of a sine wave patterned as the first breath from the sea of primordial waters, or the un-manifested potential of consciousness itself.
‘The Sacred Inspired Writings of Mu" came from Lemuria. Unlike religions of today, their teaching was based on
“love” - plain and simple without a particle of theology. The most ignorant could understand every phrase in it. It
was impossible not to understand it thoroughly.
The Sacred Inspired Writings of Mu taught the people to “approach the Heavenly Father, not with fear or dread, but with confidence, and above all, Love
- the kind of love a child would have
running to its earthly father who is standing with outstretched arms.” Love stood at the head of the 12 great virtues, because Love governs the
Universe and the Heavenly Father of All is The Great Love.
The “Immaculate Conception ” and “Virgin Birth ” originated in the Sacred Inspired Writings of Mu. It comes from
the 5th
Command in Creation, “From these Cosmic Eggs life came forth as commanded.” In a subsequent chapter
explaining Creation, “Cosmic Eggs” are referred to as “the Virgins of Life.” The sentence reads: “Hol Hu Kal” …with
A Sutherland Production
"Hol" meaning Closed; "Hu" meaning Virgin womb and "Kal" meaning to open.
This means “To pierce or open the virgin womb” or “to pierce or open the virgin
womb of Life”. For this reason the ancients called the waters “The Mother of Life,” for, up to this period of the
earth’s development, the womb of Life had been closed.
Later, when the Four Great Primary Forces were given the names of gods by the ancients in their Theogony, they
were given the story that they were “born of an immaculate conception” in order to correspond with the teachings of the Sacred Writings: namely, that first
life, either of the gods or nature, came from the result of “Hol Hu Kal”.
The term "Son of the Sun" and “Son of God”, bestowed upon kings is also
Lemurian in origin. This title was bestowed by Lemuria for the kings that gave their allegiance to her. It means "Son or Child of the Empire of the Sun" - which was Lemuria.
About ten thousand years after the time of Thoth, the priesthood declared "Set as the Devil”. Prior to that, the teachings were about the "fight for the Soul
between the Divine Force and the Material Affinities".
According to the teachings of Osiris,
“The Divine Soul’s endeavor was to raise the material man to a higher plane.” The Material Affinities fought against this, trying to keep the vibration of the Soul,
through the material body of man, down to the lower levels of materialism.
Solomon and Hiram Judaizes the Egyptian Mysteries
Mary Sutherland
In order to complete his plans, King
Solomon' needed to consolidate his
people through a place of national
worship (Solomon’s Temple) and an
altered religion that could be made
purely in Jewish form, now called the
‘Jewish Mysteries’.
The religion was hi-jacked from the
Egyptian Mysteries which celebrated
the death and resurrection of Osiris.
His friend and conspirator, King
Hiram, who was an initiate of
Chaldean Mysteries, which paralleled
the Egyptian Mysteries in the
celebration of the death and
resurrection of Osiris, supported
Solomon in co-opting the plan of
Judaizing the ancient rites and
focusing them upon the temple in
Jerusalem.
At first, it appears the two Kings sent
an embassy to Egypt to consult the
Pharaoh in the matter, telling him of
the temple which they had built, and
asking for some recognition of the
Jewish branch of the Mysteries. The
Pharaoh did not accept their
proposals, implying that no foreigner
could possibly understand the
Mysteries of Egypt.

The Mingling of Traditions
On the return of their embassy from
Egypt King Solomon and King Hiram
called together the council at
Jerusalem, and it was decided that
they should proceed immediately with
the work of recasting the rituals into
Jewish form. It is an interesting fact
that three distinct lines of tradition
were represented in the persons of the
three chief members of the council,
and of each of these we can find traces
in our modern workings.
King Solomon himself had inherited
the Egyptian line of succession and
King Hiram of Tyre preserved the
Chaldean descent; while Hiram Abiff
brought with him another line of
tradition, not derived from either of
these sources.
This last line was strange and terrible -
a line probably perpetuated through
savage and primitive tribes, who had
bloodthirsty customs of mutilation and
human sacrifice.
There is much evidence to show that
our traditional history is based upon
the myth of the death and resurrection
of Tammuz, and is in reality an
account of the ritual murder of one of
the Priest-Kings of that religion.
In earlier times a representative was
really killed and offered up as a
sacrifice to ensure fertility. The tribes
in the area of Judea were all addicted
to the worship of the deity.
Solomon himself was by no means
definitely monotheistic, and his people
betrayed a distinct tendency to
worship a multiple of gods.
There seems much evidence to prove
that the love-song attributed to him in
the Bible is really a ritual hymn to
Astarte, for whom he built a temple
quite near to that of Jehovah.
Brother Ward explains that the
festivals of the two patrons saints of
Freemasonry, St. John the Baptist in
summer and St. John the Evangelist in
winter, are only a perpetuation of the
feats of the old fertility cult at the
summer and winter solstices.
The tale of Jonah, he remarks has
always been understood as a myth of
death and resurrection, and he also
was sacrificed to appease a deity, and
obtain salvation for others, just as was
the Priest King of old.
He quotes many instances of
foundation and consecration
sacrifices; holding that Hiram Abiff
was the father of the other Hiram who
was King of Tyre.
A Sutherland Production
He writes:
"The Phoenician and Jewish followers of
the old Tammuz cult no doubt felt
that the Great Goddess had been
cheated of her just dues when Hiram
Abiff was not slain, according to ancient
custom, on the accession of his son, and
were confident that if he were not
sacrificed when the temple was
completed its future and stability would
be endangered.... So I consider that the
Phoenician workmen, with or without
the consent of Solomon, killed the old
King of Tyre, Abibaal or Hiram Abiff, as
a Consecration Sacrifice."

The MerKaBah
The word Merkabah is actually
composed of three separate words:
Mer, which means light, Ka, which
means spirit and Bah, which means
Body. Put together, these three words
connote the union of spirit with the
body, surrounded by light. The symbol,
which takes the shape of a star, is
believed to be a divine vehicle made
entirely of light and designed to
transport or connect the spirit and
body to higher realms. Ancient Jewish
texts reveal that the word is also the
Hebrew for a chariot, and the Bible
reveals that the word Merkabah itself
is found in the Old Testament a total of
44 times.
It is said that the symbol is composed
of two-star tetrahedrons, which
consists of counter-rotating fields of
light and energy that surrounds each
person. This energy extends beyond
the body. Some believe that even
planets have this Merkabah energy
field around it.
Merkabah
Used in meditation, the Merkabah can
become a source of power and
enlightenment. It can help a person
realize his full potential and connect
with the goodness in him, as well as
the higher being. This field of light,
love, and goodwill can also extend to
others, thereby enveloping them in the
same healing energy. The Merkabah
can also be used to transcend to other
dimensions and realities.

As you read my books you will learn
about astonishing cultures and lost

part of a larger culture, controlled
by empires of the same families -

Bible Changes - The Magi, who had
possession of the Israelite Bible, sent
Ezra, one of their own, to prepare a
land in Palestine under the guise that
he was a Jew. It has been alleged that
it was him who changed the historic
event of Abraham’s near-sacrifice of
his son ‘Ishmael’ to his other son,
Isaac. It is also alleged that he
furthered muddied the waters of
biblical history by changing the
arrangement of written texts.
Historical Changes – Up until the late
1800’s the people believed that this
land in North America was the home
of the ancient Brahmins. But due to the
political agenda, history was re-
written with the Native American
Indian given the credit for the millions
of earthen mounds found here, along
with ancient waterways, roads,
temples and pyramids. Even today we
find landmarks named after these
Brahmins. For example the word or

nations is an anagram for the Brahmin
culture. By moving the first letter A to
the back of Abraham, you find the
hidden word Brahma.

North America took place about 12,000 years ago with the coming of Asian man over the Bering land bridge falls flat on its face. And although this theory somewhat explains the Siberian and Asian people arriving in North America over the Bering Strait land bridge, it does not explain who these light skinned, red and blonde haired people of giant stature were that these people found already living here when they arrived. Through DNA testing, it was discovered that 2.5 percent of the North American population was found to belong to what is called ‘the X lineage’. The X lineage, discovered by geneticists, is identified as a distinct genetic type which may hold one of the most important keys to unlocking the secrets of our collective past. The X lineage was ascertained to have been already present in the Americas from about 38,000 to 10,000 years ago! The highest concentration of this group is found in the northeastern region of the United States with virtually no X found in Asia or Africa …except for some small numbers found in the Altai tribe living in Northern Africa’s Gobi Desert. To buy into the theory that ancient man of North America came from Asia, we would have to take one big leap of faith. We would have to convince ourselves this ancient tribe trekked 8,000 miles - from the desert to the northeastern section of the United
States – and transferred their genes from their ancestral homeland to the Great Lakes without depositing their X group genes in any other part of Asia, Alaska, Canada and the regions between Washington and the Northeast America!

North America the First Dry Land Colonel Durrett suggests that …”If it was possible for the Phoenicians or the Irish or the Norsemen or the Welsh or the Chinese to have ‘reached America’, then it was equally possible for the Americans to have reached these countries…therefore the first migration of the human race might have been ‘FROM’ this continent rather than ‘TOWARDS’. (Traditions of the Earliest Americans by Rueben Thomas Durrett) “The first formed rocks which have yet been seen upon the globe, and the earliest forms of life yet discovered, and the oldest human relics which have yet been found, were in America. And if man first lived and died and laid down his bones in the western world why should we look for his origin in the east? Other continents like the American may have had contemporaneous foundations laid down in the ancient seas that enveloped the infant world; however America was the ‘first’ built up, and the ‘first’ to show dry land above the universal ocean.” In the Canadian geological surveys the earliest sedimentary rocks were found in the Laurentian Mountains, and as no older rocks have been found anywhere, America was

pronounced the first-born of the continents. Louis Agassiz, (1807-1873), the father of glacial geology, was the first to scientifically propose, in 1837, that the Earth had been subject to a past ice age. In speaking of America as the oldest of the continents he articulated in his Geological Sketches the following: “First born among the continents, though so much later in culture and civilization than some of more recent birth, America, so far as her physical history is concerned, has been falsely denominated the New World. Hers was the first dry land lifted out of the waters, hers the first shore washed by the ocean that enveloped all the earth beside; and while Europe was represented only by islands rising here and there above the sea, America already stretched an unbroken line of land from Nova Scotia to the far west.” Diodorus Siculus, who lived nearly a century before the Christian era, spoke of a great island in the Atlantic Ocean which was many days journey from the coast of Africa. This Island was discovered by the Phoenicians who described it as a right and wonderful land. Siculus further described the land as being thickly inhabited by a strange race that lived in stately buildings and enjoyed a high state of civilization. Many of the Native American Indian
tribes maintained that when the red man appeared, a white race already inhabited North America. Some referred to them as the Stone People; builders of the mounds and stone fortifications. The belief of the masonic founding fathers of America, including Thomas Jefferson, was that America was the first seat of the human race, and that the eastern hemisphere was peopled from the western. In search of Atlantis many here stories of Atlantis being located somewhere in the PANGEA AS ONE LAND. In the days of Pangea, all the earth plates were pushed together and the lands and people of earth were one. Africa and Egypt was pushed right up next to the eastern coastlines of Canada and the United States. Due to magnetic disturbances these plates separated. Most of the texts explain that North America was a new country...and that EVERYONE came to this country via the Bering Strait, introducing the horse, the elephant and most the animals we have today....BUT now look at a map with North America sitting right in the middle of Canada which is attached to Alaska...and on the southern side it is attached to Mexico which is attached to Central and South America. 1. Then look at this large River System...the Mississippi...which CONNECTS CANADA WITH NORTH AMERICA AND RUNS DOWN
A Sutherland Production
THROUGH INTO THE GULF COAST which connects to Mexico and Central America. I ask you; “How it is even POSSIBLE, that if the ancient texts show populations of people living in Canada, Mexico, Central America, etc. that North America would have never been occupied until the Indians arrived?” “How could their neighbors not see this huge land mass?” “How is it possible that they did not travel the waters of the Mississippi inland?” “As fertile as North America was, how would this land not have its own large population of animals, including horses and elephants, etc?” Atlantis in the Atlantic Ocean Atlantis was talked about in the ancient texts existing before 'the mountains rose'... This would have placed both Lemuria and Atlantis in the “Days of Pangea”. Look at the placement of North America, Africa, and Egypt..... Do you see an Ocean? No!
For more map information go to www.burlingtonnews.net/map.html
The ocean came later after the plates separated.... According to the above map, Atlantis was not in the ocean, because, at the time, there was no ocean separating the land mass. By simple deduction, it seems that IT IS POSSIBLE that Atlantis was more inland and as the waters rose , the entire coast line sank into the waters. And being that Atlantis was a world trade it would be natural to find outposts of Atlantis around the world, set up on their coastlines that also sank in the waters.....and that would explain why Atlantean artifacts , temples and roadways are being found today in places such as Bimini, Greece, Africa, etc.

Creating Your Own Places of Power and Power Tools for Magikal Works
Mary Sutherland
The Staff
I have wanted to make a staff, similar
to that of the high priests; making it
from copper tubing with a large crystal
attached. I brought this up on my
BUFO RADIO SHOW with Dr. Clifford
Alford; asking him what he thought the
results might be if I made this and
carried it with me in the portal areas
around Burlington. He said he didn't
quite know, but the staff itself should
make one heck of a battery! Well to my
surprise, this must have been part of a
'collective consciousness' idea being
that the idea was already in use in
Canada by Mikael Koch, who after
listening to the show contacted me
about what he was working on in
Canada, later sending me photos. .
As you see from his photos, this idea of
working with copper, crystals and
gemstones does activate portals and
attracts spirits…just as I suspected.
Mikael expanded my idea by making a
Pentagram (Star of David) then placing
the tubes at each point of power on the
pentagram, then encircling it with a
ring of crystals, creating a ‘Circle of OG’

In the following photograph you see how this creation comes to life with spirit orbs when the portal is activated.
Up 'until' the time Mikael had shown

For all of you that are familiar with

taking place within the town and its
outlying area.
For example, the town is built on at
least 27 ancient burial mounds.
Many townspeople experience
hauntings. UFO sightings are a
nightly occurrence. And underneath
the town itself, is a maze of tunnels
that I suspect were built by the
ancient mound builders. Last but not
least are an accumulation of
permanent and temporary portals or
doorways into other dimensional
worlds, a ‘warp, where time and
space is out of synch with our reality,
causing time and space distortions.
I had always suspected that this area
was, at one time, known as a place of
‘magick’. As I delved into my
research of the town I found an old
city map that showed that the
historical district of Burlington was
made, just like Washington D.C., in

Calcite Crystal is an energy amplifier.
It is said to help the mind and body to remember information brought to bear during astral travel and channeling. It is useful in multi-directional energy distribution; the energy forces directed at the mineral separate and return at double the
intensity. It gives a polarizing prismatic energy, which produces a spectrum of energy to clear and to activate all of the chakras. History: Inlaid calcite was used on the throne in the Tomb of Tutankhamun c.1340 B.C.E 1669 Erasmus Bartholinus (Denmark). Discovered double refraction in calcite 1828 William Nicol (Scotland) Invented a polarizing prism made from two calcite components. The device became known subsequently as a "nicol prism" Lore: When you hold a square calcite over a line it will appear to double the line. This ability will help you by doubling the power in all spell work.

Sphalerite on Marcite It is used for the making of BRASS AND BRONZE and for DRY CELL BATTERIES Sphalerite is one of the very few minerals that have a total of six directions of cleavage. If all of them were to be perfectly cleaved on a single crystal it would form a rhombic dodecahedron. Sphalerite's structure is analogous to the diamond structure. If every other carbon in the diamond structure is replaced by a sulfur atom and the remaining carbons are replaced with either a zinc or an iron atom then basically the mineral is sphalerite. Sphalerite is by no doubt the most important ore of zinc.

Iron Pyrite crystals are used as amulets by the North American Indians who believe in the magical powers of this protective stone. The ancient Mexicans made mirrors, one side polished flat, while the other side was strongly convex. Iron Pyrite is a very protective stone on all levels. It should be carried when performing dangerous work. Pyrite is also a mental stone, used to stimulate the powers of the intellect. Common in medium-low temperature hydrothermal veins either on its own or with gold, sphalerite or galena. Also found in sedimentary rocks, especially black shales where it often replaces FOSSILS

Cat Dubois – Odyssey to Enchantment
By Bonnie Jennings
Catherine Dubois story is told by
using hateful mannerisms of citizens, within the small
Appalachian town called Glory Town. Using the setting of beauty in
mountains and the poor attitudes of the town’s citizens, BoJenn
writes how the influence of forces of good and evil affect Cat Dubois and a few others who also witness
the harsh behaviors. BoJenn weaves the overcoming of Cat’s self-loathing from these mean
human intentions in a supernatural fashion: wishing, hoping, praying
and by using long suffering patience. In the end, Cat Dubois’ exit, from the accusers of Glory Town, into a place of happiness,
self-appreciation, and having self-love, realizes she had the power all along. This story was created using
an American style of Women’s literature to the Latin’s genre of
fiction called Magical Realism. http://bonniejennings.com

I Know What I Saw
By Linda Godfrey www.lindagodfrey.com
The monsters of ancient mythology, folklore, and more contemporary urban legend have long captured the popular imagination. While most people in America today relegate monsters to just that--our imaginations--we continue to be fascinated by the unknown. Linda
Godfrey is one of the country's leading authorities on modern-day monsters and has interviewed countless eyewitnesses to strange phenomena. Monsters evolve, taking on both new and familiar forms over time and across cultures. In this well-researched book, Godfrey explores uncanny encounters with werewolves, goatmen, Bigfoot, and more. In more than twenty-five years spent "chasing" monsters, Godfrey has found that it often remains unclear whether the sightings are simply mistaken animals, hoaxes, or coincidence. When all the speculation is said and done, one question remains for fans and researchers: Are the creatures "real," or are they entirely "other-world?" Godfrey suspects that it isn't an either/or question--our reality operates on a scale from dense matter to realms the human eye cannot see. As Godfrey investigates unexplained phenomena, her search for answers will fascinate casual observers and enthusiasts alike.

Giants Gods and Lost Races By Mary Sutherland www.burlingtonnews.net/books/giants-gods-lostraces.html It is beyond our comprehension that any of the story tales told to us as a youth could possibly be true. But what would you do if you were to learn that these stories may be based off events long ago forgotten in our history? Mary Sutherland, the author of “Giants Gods and Lost Races” takes you and your imagination back in time when giant humans walked the earth; Earthly rulers and gods were riding around on “flying carpets” warring with each other and - as the ancient people described- 'having battles by throwing thunder bolts back and forth.' “Giants Gods and Lost Races” takes you back to a time of ‘celestial cities and air ships’; mountains rising from what seemed to be out of nowhere, destroying many and leaving others stranded on their
snow covered peaks; strange gods and even stranger creatures walking around as half-man and half-animal www.burlingtonnews.net/books.html

LAKE MICHIGAN MOTHMAN Tobias Wayland Less than two years after the Silver
Bridge Collapse, winged humanoids
were seen through the Midwest continuing to modern day. The Mothman hadn’t disappeared, he had
moved, and it was this waking nightmare experienced by Floyd Hancock that lured me into Tobias Wayland’s story of mothman like
figures sighted in Chicago and the surrounding regions in 2017.
The book is a lean 187 pages, fi l led with
chill ing reports of large, black flying humanoids and sketches of what witnesses saw. It is strange, it is
terrifying and it is just as inexplicable as the original mothman reports of Point Pleasant. However, what makes this book different from other novelty
cryptozoology/Fortean books is the researcher.
Tobias Wayland, head writer and editor
of Singular Fortean Society, and his wife, Emily (who designed the cover for the book), are the only investigators to have
conducted on site investigations combined with witness interviews into the Michigan Mothman sightings. Tobias’ openness with how his research
was conducted should be a new standard among books of this nature. “Believers and debunkers alike are
enemies of nuance”, a bold statement but true and it serves as the mantra for this book. Tobias never makes it easy for himself and his reluctance to explain a
mystery with another mystery (ex: by simply classifying a sighting as a thunderbird) makes him not only a good investigator but a compelling one as
well. Tobias takes you down the terrifying
rabbit hole of winged phantoms and glowing red eyes that draws in thunderbirds, UFOs and other unexplained phenomena into the mix. It
is a mystery that raises questions about much more than just mothman, but also the paranormal as a whole. As the book progresses, the idea of winged manlike
beings flying around Chicago sounds less l ike fantasy and more like a terrifying reality.
While Lake Michigan Mothman may not provide a definitive answer to what the winged beings over Chicago were, where
they came from or where they went, it ends on a note of hope: that one day we

may know the truth of these encounters and we won’t stop searching until we

"Mary Sutherland is not simply a reporter of all these phenomena; she lives them! As readers expect, her studies extend beyond her own experiences. The author and investigator often takes visitors on tours containing an inter-dimensional vortex and hosts yearly conferences and meet ups with many well-known speakers on anomalous phenomena." What differentiates her book “Haunted Burlington Wisconsin” is that Sutherland includes her explanations of the unknown realms and phenomena with tips for heightening the reader's own psychic awareness. Readers who complete this dizzying journey may find they can no longer look at Burlington in exactly the same way. Perhaps, then, this book itself may be considered a vortex. and whether or not it actually transports you to another place, it will certainly draw you in."
Linda Godfrey, Author and Researcher
“Mary provides a wealth of evidence to show that those influences were not only real, but molded the early prehistory of North America. Her discussion of Atlantean culture-bearers from the Eastern Seaboard to the Middle West is within the context of Ojibwa and other, tribal traditions describing the “red-haired giant sorcerers,” who introduced, among other innovations, agriculture and metallurgy. As our land’s first farmers and metal-smiths, they arrived after the destruction of their overseas’ homeland by a devastating cataclysm, likewise
preserved in Native American folk memory.” “This is only part of their story, however, part of a much larger epic skillfully brought back to life by Mary Sutherland.”
Laura Beaudoin co-author of “Opening the Ark of the Covenant”
“There are rare persons in this world who see things others don’t; persons who connect the dots of existence and possess an instinctive talent for linking with kindred souls to reveal otherwise invisible patterns and excavate hidden truths. Such a person is Mary Sutherland. She is a natural-born networker in all she does --- from her conferences to her public talks and published books. “
