Guy’s CuisineChocolate Chip
Ice Cream Cookies

Mostly everyone loves chocolate chip cookies! Add in ice cream and they become very yummy!
Cream together 1 cup butter, 1 cup white sugar,and 1 cup brown sugar, mix well!
Add in 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and 2 eggs, mix well!
Add in 3 cups all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon baking powder, & 2 teaspoons
hot water.
Mix well! Then add in 2 cups chocolate chips and mix one last time, scrape the sides of the
bowl!
Scoop one spoonful cookie dough onto a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10
minutes.
After baking, cool on wire rack until fully cool!
Place a HUGE scoop of ice cream in betweentwo cookies and squish together!
And there you go, enjoy a great treat!
