Installing AXIS NEURON + Neuron Doctor 1. Double click the Aix Neuron Setup program

5. Click Launch Axis Neuron

After the user has successfully installed the software, they can find three icons (Axis Neuron, Neuron Doctor Uninstall- WINDOWS 7) under the path of Start---All Programs----NOITOM--- Axis Neuron. For windows 8, please navigate to the new start menu and scroll down to view all apps.

For the Axis Neuron, if the end user installed old version before, the new released version will cover the previous version automatically. If not, they can just install this new version.

UPDATE - FIRMWARE To update the firmware with Neuron Doctor, please just follow each step, which the interface shows below: After double clicking Neuron Doctor, the main menu will be showed up with two parts: Update and Calibration. User can select update icon to update the hub or neuron. (Attention: The hub should be connected at least 1 Neuron when doing the hub update) -Please perform these steps with a USB cable connected to the HUB via the Data Slot -Connect your hub and neurons by clicking on the PLUG icon that’s located to the left of the avatar.

• Example: How to update right arm’s neuron: After all the neurons of right arm are well

connected, the red points show which neuron’s need be updated. Then click update. A warning prompt will pop out and please click yes

• Click OK for below warning prompt

• Click OK for below warning prompt

• User can check the progress of the update from below green stripe

• After all the red points turn to green, the update has been completed for the entire right arm.

*Perform the previous steps to update the HUB and all NEURON’s.

CALIBRATION – NEURON’S Users can also degauss Neuron’s through Calibration below. Please follow below steps to degauss your Neuron’s (Attention: Right now, the tool can only support degaussing only 1 neuron each time) • Connect the Neuron to hub that is successfully connected to computer with USB data cable

by prop cable. Click disconnect button first and then click connect button.

• After complete above process, the Next button will turned grey to white and is able to click.

• Click Next

• Click Next

• Please follow two different rotate models to calibrate. When you’re ready to rotate, click

next.

• Before doing the rotating, there will be 3 seconds holding time for user to prepare.

• Click ok for below warning prompt

• Click next

• Click NextOne to degauss the next neuron
