• Participantsshouldlegiblyfillouttherafflestubwithcomplete name, address, contact number/s, emailaddress,nameofsolicitorandaffixhis/hersignature

• GranddrawwillbeheldonSeptember8,2014attheDLSZSportsPavilion

• DeadlineofpaymentanddroppingofrafflestubsisonSeptember8,2014beforetheofficialtimeofthegranddraw. Oncethedrawhascommenced,rafflestubswillnolongerbeallowedtobedroppedinthebox

• Prizesarenotconvertibletocashexceptforthegolfcarts

• Minor prize winners are still eligible to win in themajorprizedraw

• Participantscannotwintwo(2)majorprizes.Ifnameis drawnmore than once, participant may choosebetweenthetwoprizesdrawn.

• All prize taxes for the vehicles raffled shall beshoulderedbythewinners

• If winning ticket is named after a minor, parents/guardianswillberequiredtoclaimtheprize

• Winnerswillbenotifiedbyphone/email• Winners must bring two (2) valid forms ofidentification such as driver’s license/SSS card/Passport and the winning raffle ticket* in goodconditionuponclaimingoftheirprize

• Major prizes winners will be given sixty (60) daysafterthedrawtoclaimtheirprize.Afterthe60-dayperiod,unclaimedprizeswillbeforfeitedinfavorofDLSZ’sOneLaSalleScholarshipFund

• Listofwinnerswillbepostedintheschool’swebsite• Payment canbemade in cash/check/credit cardattheDLSZCashier

• Completelyfilled-outstubsshouldbeonhanduponpayment

• After payment, the Finance Departmentrepresentative will insert the filled out stub in thesecureddropboxinthepresenceofthepayer

Lastacademicyear2013-2014,wecommemoratedour school’s35thFoundationanniversarythroughafundraisingprogram,theGREENRaffleProjectorGrandRaffleExtravaganzafortheEmeraldAnniversary to raise resources for theOne La Salle ScholarshipFund.

For many years now, we have awarded scholarship grants notonlytoouracademic,athletic,andperformingartsachieversbutalso todeservingyetfinanciallychallengedstudents in thedayschool.Ontopofthat,wehavecontinuouslysupportedstudentsfrommarginalizedsectorsinnearbycommunitiesthroughtheBr.RafaelDonatoFSCNightHighSchool.

ThroughtheGREENRaffleProject,wehopetobeabletocontinueour thrust of making Lasallian education more accessible to awiderbaseoftheSouthernManilapopulation.

Bytheendofthe intendedraffleperiodlastFebruary2014,theprojectdidnotquite reach the targetwehoped itwould, thustheextensionwithasecondrunfromJune2014toSeptember8,2014,whichwillalsobethedateofthegranddraw.

The raffle tickets are reasonably priced at Php1,000 each withthebuyergiventhechancenotonlytowinexcellentprizesbutalso theopportunity tobeapartnerof theschool inprovidingabetter future fordeservingLasallianscholars. Eachstudent isgivenfive (5) ticketsorone(1)booklet. We do not ask you to buy all tickets given but we earnestly seek your help in selling them to your family, relatives, and friends.
