How To: Add a News Release

Step 1

Visit www.GrapevineChamber.org and click on Member Login

Step 2

Input Username and Password or click Forgot Username /

Password to retrieve it with the email on file with the Chamber

Step 3From the Dashboard, click on

News Releases under Shortcuts

Click Create News Release

Step 4

To start your News Release:

• Give it a Title that functions as the headline

• Edit the Display Release Date (date of release) and Publish Start and End Dates (when the release will appear on the Chamber website)

• Check the Business News box

Step 5

To continue your Hot Deal:

• If applicable, add your business’ logo/image

• Select the Contact from the drop down menu and complete the contact information

• After checking all information, click the Submit for Approval for the Chamber staff to review the news release
