Accuracy Is the information correct/interpreted correctly? Check with another independent source (may not be easy or possible)

Purpose Why does the page/site exist? Activist site? Selling a product or service? Revenue from advertising?

People find information not just from Google but also from social media (Facebook, Twitter) and direct from

their favourite websites.

Information needs to pass the CRAAP test if it is to be used for projects and research.
