Rental FAQ’sQ: When is my deposit due?A: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. Reservations are first come, first serve.
Q: When is my deposit returned?A: Deposits are returned within 7-10 business days of your rental date, unless used to offset damages or cleaning costs, per GPD discretion.
Q: Can I get in early to decorate and/or set-up for my party or clean-up?A: No, your rental start and end times are those scheduled and paid for by you. If you require additional time
for set-up and clean-up, you must include it in your rental. Our staff will not let you in any earlier than your scheduled start time. You must remain until your scheduled end time and our staff has verified the condition of the facility. (All outside pavilions are available from 6am-10pm, and do not include opening and closing staff members).
Q: What happens if I need to cancel my rental?A: You may cancel, but if you do so within two (2) weeks of your scheduled date, no refund will be given.
