In this role, her main activities were the following:

o Assess the current state of L&D within Givaudan and develop a

comprehensive global strategy for the company L&D programo Design and implement global management and leadership development

programs and create a syllabus for the different functions within Givaudano Work with the Talent Acquisition and HR Communication functions to

develop an effective on-boarding programo Work with business leaders, HR Business Partners and the other HR COE

functions to establish learning priorities and structure an L&D offeringaligned to the business strategy

o Leverage L&D networks, research best practices and integrate findings intoGivaudan's L&D programs

o Provide learning direction to all functions and act as a coach and consultantto senior management teams

o Ensure the buy in of all relevant stakeholders to the L&D strategy. Regularlycommunicate the progress and issues

o Develop the governance framework to ensure all the relevant policies,metrics and reporting are in place to monitor the effectiveness of theprogram

. Use the most appropriate channels and partner with external vendors tomaximize the value of L&D investments

o Work with the Purchasing function and HRIS to ensure proper trainingtracking process and monitor cost and training budget allocation

. Align and integrate the L&D strategy with other HR functions such as talentacquisition, performance management and succession planning

o Act as an ambassador of the Givaudan values and brand and create anenvironment and way of working that will bring these to life

Create a platform that fosters best practice and knowledge sharing andunleashes the potential of Givaudan employees

Mrs Pearson is a motivated and highly competent L&D professional, involved in theaccomplishment of her tasks. She is flexible, adaptable and likes to take initiatives. She

is able to multitask effectively, is well organized and works well under pressure.

Due to her pleasant personality, Mrs Pearson maintained excellent relationships withher colleagues within and outside of Human Resources.
