Overview

This is an Instructor and Lab class coveringadministration of GigaVUE H-Series. It includesetup, configure and manage a GigaVUE-OS withthe CLI and UI interfaces. This course alsodiscusses Gigamon Hardware, Basic trafficdistribution, GigaSmart features, GigaVUE-VM, Inlinebypass, Cluster. This is a comprehensive learningpath for customers and partners.

• Understanding a Visibility Fabric™ Architecture• Essential Components For Delivering Visibility• Traffic Sources• Hardware Overview

Module 2 : Installation and Configuration

• Racking and initial connections• Initial Setup and Configuration• Enable line cards and the ports through the CLI and GUI

Module 3 : Packet Distribution

• Forwarding all traffic• Forwarding selected traffic• Forwarding unassigned traffic• Replicating output traffic• GigaStream Load balancing output traffic• Setting and modifying map priorities• Deleting unnecessary mappings
