What do they see???

You want to see who you are and why they should care about you!

All you need is these two things...

If you really want to have people know who are you need to share with them your knowledge. Show them that you can be an asset to the company!

What are the benefits?

Research Companies Online

Doing the extra work matters!

There is no way out of doing the actual work to learn about your company.

You need to be doing your homework about your key targets every week.

The best companies are writing/making content on a weekly basis that you should read and engage with.

Networking: Getting Hired Before The Interview

MeetUp and Twitter are your number one tools for meeting new people.

You can get hired before even applying if you actually build relationships.

Interviewing For Information

When cold messaging or emailing key people in your industry (never target HR) you can be successful by simply: asking for advice.

The added bonus about your blog is that you can use it as a tool to ask for a 15 minute conversation over some coffee by letting them know you’ll be using the interview for your content!

After you interview...ask them, “do you know anyone else who is an expert in [field you want to enter] who might also be willing to talk to me about this?”

Quora & TwitterYou can interview for information using both Twitter and Quora.
