• U.K. Office for National Statistics said retail sales increased by a seasonally adjusted 1.7% last month, blowing past forecasts for a gain of 0.5%.
Retail sales in January was revised down to a 2% drop from a previously reported decline of 1.5%.

back of currency depreciation. company expects the company’s utilisations to improve slightly this quarter. The company expects to achieve
utilization rate of 72-73 percent going forward. Company expects it to grow in the Q4 post restructuring.

• Suven Life Sciences Mgt Guideline : Company expects the revenue growth for the company in the fourth quarter of this fiscal to be similar to
that see in third quarter . Suven Life Sciences has obtained two product patents in the US. The patents, valid till 2029 and 2030, are corresponding
to the new chemical entities (NCEs) for the treatment of disorders associated with neurodegenerative diseases.
• Ukraine won a $27-billion international financial lifeline from International Monetary Fund on Thursday, rushed through in the wake of Russia's
annexation of Crimea, as Moscow's economy minister spoke of the cost of military action in its former Soviet neighbour.
• Technocraft Industries (India) Ltd has acquired 90% Stake in Shreyan Infra & Power LLP registered under The Limited Liability Partnership Act,
2008. Company has informed that, main object of Shreyan Infra & Power LLP is to buy, Sell or otherwise acquire an interest in any immovable
properties including agriculture land anywhere in India to develop Agro Projects, Infrastructure Projects & Renewable Energy Projects, to develop
residential or commercial projects anywhere in India.
• TALWALKAR Clarification : News regarding " UK's David Lloyd in Talks to Buy 20% in Talwalkars", Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd has
Clarified to there have been no negotiations for sale of any equity in Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Limited (TBVF).
• Bajaj Electricals has allotted 1000 rated, listed, secured redeemable non-convertible debentures of Rs 10,00,000 each aggregating Rs 100 crore
on private placement basis.
• Sadbhav Engineering Ltd has been declared the successful bidder in respect of the bid invited by National Highways Authority of India (Ministry
of Road Transport and Highways) for the following project . The quoted contract price for the said project is Rs. 212.40 Crores. The Construction
Period of the project is 910 days .
• Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, CBDT has authorized IFCI to issue during Financial Year 2013-14, tax free,
secured, redeemable, non-convertible bonds upto to Rs 430 crore, as per the terms and conditions of the notification referred to above.
• Reliance Industries has taken a planned maintenance shutdown of one of its three Xylene units in Jamnagar. The scheduled shut down period
is approximately for a period of six weeks.
