Knowledge is our most important key to our customers and with 28 years of commitment, it is not a surprise that over 84% of our business is word-of-mouth. I have served on several industry boards, have been involved with new product development, as well as an educator.

4. What advice can you offer consumers about your specialty?

The best advice I could offer customers is to get educated about the product they are interest in – so they can then make an educated decision. We all workvery hard for our money and we want a product that will last. Unfortunately, wenow live in a “throw-away” society, and sometimes price overshadows quality.Do your homework!
