APPLICATION ADVICE

• Eligibility– How are you relevant to the funding pre-requisites?

Have you read the guidelines and criteria?

• Don’t rush- Check and check again. Have it read over by a third

person.

• Make it clear - Can the person assessing your application

understand your ideas and intentions properly?

• Cost accordingly - Are you being sensible and showing? Some

may require you to match fund.

APPLICATION ADVICE

• Directly address funding guidelines – funding language

• Timeline – Is your project realistic?

• Credibility - Ask someone who has been successful.

• Music submitted – Ensure it is of the highest quality.

• Don’t rely on the result

• Would you do this regardless of the outcome? Funders prefer to see sustainable projects. Do you want to work on this

and could it work commercially?
