Franchisee Relationship

Upon agreement with Franchisee, We will establishtechnical resources required at city/state level if notalready present. Franchisee then can start selling theVCC service to end users in his/her city. We provideHindi and English voice prompt recording asrequired during initial development of a given VCCservice for each individual end-user. Prompts inlanguages other than these two needs to be recordedby Franchisee locally. Franchisee can sell the VCCService as it is or under his/her own brand.

White-lable service

Franchisee may choose to sell services under his

own brand on his domain/sub-domain. In such

cases we will need following from franchisee:-

• a) The brand name

• b) A logo

• c) Domain/sub-domain name

Franchisee then can simply point their domain to

our servers to avail services.

Investment

Cost of a franchise starts at 7 Lacs + Taxes. But we

give back 70% of the value in the product service

only.
