A food allergy is an immune system response to a food that the body mistakenly believes is harmful. Once the immune system decides that a particular food is harmful, it creates specific antibodies against it.

What is the steps to follow up when the guest informs

that he has allergic ?

• inform the leader of the shift ,PIC and the chef

• Proper sanitized equipment

• Separate the normal cooking

area • Clear message in

the KOT while posting the order for the kitchen.

What we supposed to do in case of guest allergens?

• Call loss prevention • Inform the PIC or person in charge• Don’t give the guest any injection
